The hotel provides a simple but good experience with comfortable rooms that feel like your own little studio. The new management has planned renovations to enhance the overall stay. The service includes car hire and laundry options, and the location, while not very central, is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to everything. The surrounding area offers many restaurant choices, making it convenient for dining. The hotel also offers a nice little walk to 5th Avenue and the beach, and it's close to the ADO bus station for travelers heading elsewhere.
Our stay was a great value for money, with good air conditioning in the rooms, although the kitchenette was not well equipped. The location was not very central but perfect for us just outside the noisy tourist area, close to various restaurants. The service was satisfactory, including options for car hire and laundry services.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms are not big, but just big enough and the bathroom was especially nice. I had a single bed facing the small area around the pool. The location is great, only 6 blocks from 5th Avenue and the beach, making it a nice little walk to many restaurants, street food stalls, and convenience stores. The hotel is central to the ferry and bus stations, but the construction nearby wasn't the best looking. If you want a quiet stay in lively Playa del Carmen, this is the place for you! Close to the beach and surrounded by inexpensive bars and restaurants, it's just a few minutes from the sea and other interesting places.

The hotel is central to the ferry and bus stations, and there are plenty of restaurants, street food stalls, and convenience stores around. It's amazingly close to all the action and the beach yet quiet and serene. The only downside is that it's not directly on the beachfront, but it's just a short walk away.
